The holiday season is coming to an end, and chances are, you could probably use some time to just relax and enjoy your partner. In order to give you some ideas, I interviewed sex and relationship experts who offered their recommendations on how to infuse a sense of romance into the rest of the holiday season.

Set a Sensual Scene

Create a sensual sanctuary for you and your lover. Think about using your five senses and get creative with holiday classics. Sight: Use dim lighting or candles. Sound: Create a sexy holiday playlist. Smell: Consider scented candles or body oil with a scent you both enjoy. Taste: Serve dark chocolate, strawberries, grapes, or another sensual food you can both enjoy. Touch: Take your time! Touch your lover and enjoy the sensation. You can use a prop if you like, like leather or a feather, to create additional sensations. Maybe even blindfold your partner so they don’t know what’s coming next.
