It’s rare that a man doesn’t watch porn. You can be great in bed, bad in bed, kinky, vanilla; it doesn’t matter. Pornography has a different appeal no matter what sexual activity goes down or lack thereof. Some of us don’t mind if our significant other watches pornography, some of us watch it with them, and some of us flat out have nothing but disdain for porn watchers. I, for one, watch porn with my partner, but my best friend despises porn on a cellular level. Some people are self-conscious and feel they cannot compete with the perfect tens on the screen, while others are simply repulsed by their partner’s extreme passion for pornography.
Whatever the reason is, men watch porn. I think it’s safe to assume, from my personal assumption, that a minimum of 90% of men avidly watch pornography. If he says he doesn’t, nine times out of ten, I’ll bet you he’s lying. Why? What is the reason for hiding pornography? Why are most men so addicted to sex on the screen? Before we dig into the reasons why men watch porn, let me reiterate that this is not directed towards cases of severe addiction. Pornography addiction, at an extreme level, can cause significant relationship issues, problems with self-worth, and depression.
