Most of us grew up only being exposed to one kind of relationship that’s, admittedly, rather boring sometimes. You know what I mean, the status quo, standard escalator relationship where two people of the opposite sex meet, match, and settle down, buying a house in the suburbs with a dog and white picket fence. From there they spend the rest of their lives oscillating between boredom and frustration and often reach a place where they can’t even look at one another without the seething feeling of utter contempt!
While this may be a bit of an exaggeration, you understand what I mean.
And this happens because you can’t fit diverse swaths of the population into one stamped out mold and pretend it should work for absolutely everyone. Some may even argue that the model we have works for almost no one.
Enter: The Alternative Relationship Summit.

THE ARS will feature an array of speakers who will discuss various alternative approaches to romantic and erotic relationships. The speakers will cover 7 different relationship styles, from non-monogamy to singledom, from triads to throuples, vees to platonic. And it goes far beyond the heteronormative story you were brought up with and inundated with during childhood, be it through a strict religious upbringing or the monotonous storylines of children’s movies and RomComs.
LGBTQ+ and poly people are represented, as are single people, people with and without children, and more. We discuss jealousy and other challenges that people think about when they consider alternative relationship types.
And, of course, we discuss why, for us, it’s worth it to pursue the types of relationships we pursue.
Most people are too stuck in our culture’s very narrow definition of love to really consider all the incredible possibilities that lie beyond.
The ARS will push you to take that first step into a romantic life that aligns with you.
Speakers include our very own Joe Duncan & Sarah Stroh, alongside Yael Wolfe, Thomas H. Brand, of Discovering Polyamory, and many more.
You can expect over 12 hours of video, more than 6 hours each day, discussions and perspectives from 28 very different people on how they have managed to bypass tradition and design the relationship of their dreams.
The Summit is free for anyone to attend through this link here but if you want to save the courses and discussions for future reference, you’ll need an all-access pass, which can be purchased here for only $38.
Why the all-access pass?
On Jan 13th, thirteen interviews will be released, and on the 14th, another thirteen. That’s over 6 hours of content each day. Afterwards the videos will be LOCKED. So, you might not be able to watch all the interviews you’re interested in unless you get the pass. What you get with the pass:
