How would it feel to get to a hotel and spend just a few seconds at the registration desk before moving to your respective rooms? Great right? Yes! That is exactly what Sezam24 brings to the table. Designed to focus on accelerating check-in time and ensuring the safety of customers’ details, Sezam24 offers automated check-in for the better hotel experience.

A lot of people would think that Sezam24 is built for the sole satisfaction of customers but it also directly influences how hospitality, business is carried out. The system offers hotel owners a full integration with their Property Management System and also adapts to the mechanical/electronic locks.
The most interesting right now about the registration kiosk is that there are more features added to make registration even easier, faster and more fun.

New features in the Sezam24 kiosk:

  • More Languages Supported: The Sezam24 kiosk is a global project, and it focuses on creating a space for integration in International hotels. Also, because people from several countries tour the world, it would be nice to be home away from home, registering on a system that speaks their language. Arabic, Japanese, Hebrew and 40+ more languages have been added to the system to increase the functionality of the system.
  • Added animations for every step (payment, scanning ID, signature): As much as registration on the Sezam24 kiosk is easy, it has even got more comfortable with the addition of How-To-Do-It animations. These newly added animations will guide you through the processes involved in the payment, scanning your Identity and signature.

This will increase the efficiency of the system, reduce mistakes or errors and heighten the level of technical know how.

These newly added features are added to spice the credibility, efficiency, functionality, and speed of check-in in into hotels using the kiosk. The kiosk is known to eradicate the waiting time wasted on long queues at the receptions while improving the hotel’s general services.
