Get hands-on with Inserting Images into Your Email Templates

The Summer ’19 release is here. And with that comes the certification maintenance modules. If you’re a Certified Salesforce Admin then you’ve already seen the email come through.

In the latest Summer release from Salesforce, admins are able to insert images in lightning email templates.

Let’s walk through the steps on how you can achieve this.

Step 1: Enable Folders and Advanced Sharing

Setup > Lightning Email Templates > Toggle the switch to “on”

Step 2: Create an email template folder

In order to access email template folders, you’ll need to add Email Templates as a tab in lightning.

Step 3: Navigate to Email Templates Tab and add Folder

Step 4: Create an Email Template in Sales Folder

Step 5: Check Challenge and get a Shiny New Badge 😀
