The Story of Esau

Name: Edom

Esau means: rough and hairy.

He was hairy like a garment (camel hair).

Abram had a son named Yiztkak (Issac).

When Yitzkak’s wife was 60, he went to Yah to have his wife’s womb open up.

She found out she was pregnant with twins.

They were fighting in her womb.

Yah told her two manner of people are in her womb.

The Elder will serve the younger (second born)

Rebecca received the prophecy, not Yitzkak.

She was responsible in what will become of the relationship of Yahqob (Jacob) and Edom (Esau).

Bereshith 25:20–34

Genesis 25:20: And Yitsḥaq was forty years old when he took Riḇqah as wife, the daughter of Bethu’yl the Aramean of Paddan Aram, the sister of Laḇan the Aramean.

Aramean=Armenian

Genesis 25:21: And Yitsḥaq prayed to יהוה for his wife, because she was barren. And יהוה answered his prayer, and Riḇqah his wife conceived.

Genesis 25:22: And within her the children struggled together, and she said, “If all is right, why am I this way?” So she went to ask יהוה.

Genesis 25:23: And יהוה said to her, “Two nations are in your womb, and two peoples shall be separated from your body. And one people shall be stronger than the other, and the older serve the younger.”

Ysrayl

Stronger. (Spiritually)

Edomites

Weaker (Spiritually)

Couldn’t hold on to banner/birthmark

Genesis 25:24: And when the days were filled for her to give birth, and see, twins were in her womb!

Genesis 25:25: And the first came out red all over, like a hairy garment, so they called his name Ěsaw.

Genesis 25:26: And afterward his brother came out, with his hand holding on to Ěsaw’s heel, so his name was called Ya‛hqoḇ. And Yitsḥaq was sixty years old when she bore them.

Yah’qob means heal supplanter.

They were racing to be first out of the womb and were born immediately.

The first born would get the bulk of the inheritance.

The Spirit of Esau is a Pretender to.

He is racing out to get the inheritance, but doesn’t want it and lost it.

Yah’qob wanted it from the beginning and got it.

Genesis 25:27: And the boys grew up. And Ěsaw became a man knowing how to hunt, a man of the field, while Yah‛qoḇ was a complete man, dwelling in tents.

Genesis 25:28: And Yitsḥaq loved Ěsaw because he ate of his wild game, but Riḇqah loved Yah‛qoḇ.

Genesis 25:29: And Yah‛qoḇ cooked a stew, and Ěsaw came in from the field, and he was weary.

Genesis 25:30: And Ěsaw said to Yah‛qoḇ, “Please feed me with that same red stew, for I am weary.” That is why his name was called Eḏom.

Yah’qob wanted to get the covenant.

Rebecca probably already told the prophecy to Yah’qob, which is why he told Esau to sell him his birthright.

Genesis 25:31: But Yah‛qoḇ said, “Sell me your birthright today.”

Genesis 25:32: And Ěsaw said, “Look, I am going to die, so why should I have birthright?”

Genesis 25:33: Then Yah‛qoḇ said, “Swear to me today.” And he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Yah‛qoḇ.

Genesis 25:34: Yah‛qoḇ then gave Ěsaw bread and stew of lentils. And he ate and drank, and rose up and left. Thus Ěsaw despised his birthright.

Esau is not worthy and incapable of having the birthright.

It was not made for him.

He sold his salvation.

Satan only offered him a cup of campbells.

Sell outs can not be trusted.

Bereshith 27: 1–22

Genesis 27:1: And it came to be, when Yitsḥaq was old and his eyes were too dim to see, that he called Ěsaw his elder son and said to him, “My son.” And he answered him, “Here I am.”

Genesis 27:2: And he said, “See now, I am old, I do not know the day of my death.

Genesis 27:3: “Now then, please take your weapons, your quiver and your bow, and go out to the field and hunt wild game for me.

Genesis 27:4: “And make me a tasty dish, such as I love, and bring it to me to eat, in order that my being does bless you before I die.”

Genesis 27:5: And Riḇqah heard when Yitsḥaq spoke to Ěsaw his son. And Ěsaw went to the field to hunt wild game and to bring it.

Genesis 27:6: And Riḇqah spoke to Ya‛aqoḇ her son, saying, “See, I heard your father speak to Ěsaw your brother, saying,

Genesis 27:7: ‘Bring me wild game and make me a tasty dish to eat, and bless you in the presence of יהוה before my death.’

Requesting a ram, a dear or something like that.

Genesis 27:8: “And now my son, listen to my voice according to what I command you.

Genesis 27:9: “Please go to the flock and bring me two choice young goats, and I make a tasty dish from them for your father, such as he loves.

Two different meals.

Genesis 27:10: “And you shall take it to your father, and he shall eat it, so that he might bless you before his death.”

She knew the prophecy and that a son brought the birthright from his brother.

Genesis 27:11: And Yah‛qoḇ said to Riḇqah his mother, “See, Ěsaw my brother is a hairy man, and I am a smooth-skinned man.

Genesis 27:12: “What if my father touches me? Then I shall be like a deceiver in his eyes, and shall bring a curse on myself and not a blessing.”

Their was no time to explain this to Yitzkak since Esau is a pretender.

Genesis 27:13: But his mother said to him, “Let your curse be on me, my son. Only obey my voice, and go, get them for me.”

Genesis 27:14: And he went and fetched them and brought them to his mother, and his mother made a tasty dish, such as his father loved.

Genesis 27:15: And Riḇqah took the best garments of her elder son Ěsaw, which were with her in the house, and put them on Yah‛qoḇ her younger son.

He smelled like a wild man of a field.

Genesis 27:16: And she put the skins of the young goats on his hands and on the smooth part of his neck.

Genesis 27:17: Then she gave the tasty dish and the bread, which she had prepared, into the hand of her son Ya‛aqoḇ.

Genesis 27:18: And he went to his father and said, “My father.” And he said, “Here I am. Who are you, my son?”

Genesis 27:19: And Ya‛aqoḇ said to his father, “I am Ěsaw your first-born, I have done as you said to me. Please rise, sit and eat of my wild game, so that your being might bless me.”

Genesis 27:20: But Yitsḥaq said to his son, “How is it that you have found it so quickly, my son?” And he said, “Because יהוה your Elohim brought it to me.”

Genesis 27:21: Then Yitsḥaq said to Ya‛aqoḇ, “Please come near, so that I feel you, my son, whether you truly are my son Ěsaw or not.”

Genesis 27:22: And Ya‛aqoḇ went near to Yitsḥaq his father, and he felt him and said, “The voice is the voice of Ya‛aqoḇ, but the hands are the hands of Ěsaw.”

Yitzkak blesses Yah’qob.

Esau comes in crying wanting the inheritance, though he despised the birthright.

We have paid the price to be a Ysrayl’lite.

The ones that left Ysrayl under the spirit of Esau and his guidance sold their birthright.

Esau hated his brother.

Esau’s ruach (spirit) is a brother hater.

He will sell his soul for a penny.

Yah’qob paid with his blood.

He gave Yah his life, when Esau will not.

Esau sold himself out.

Modern Times:

I hear your voice Ysrayl but your works are from the hands of Esau!

Esau wanted to murder his brother, because his brother is a servant of Yah.

Romiyim 9:13

Romans 9:13: as it has been written, “Yah‛qoḇ I have loved, but Ěsaw I have hated.”

Esau despised Yah.

Yah despises Esau.

Esau pretends, but can not handle it.

Your enemies will be of your own household. (Spiritual as well.)

Esau is a deceiver.

He did not tell his Abba (Father) about the deal he made with Yah’qob.

Obadiyah

Obadiah 1:1: The vision of Oḇaḏyah: This is what the Master יהוה said concerning Eḏom. We have heard a report from יהוה, and a messenger has been sent among the nations, saying, “Arise, and let us rise up against her for battle!”

Obadiah 1:2: “See, I have made you small among the nations, you are greatly despised.

Obadiah 1:3: “The pride of your heart has deceived you, you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, whose dwelling is high, who say in your heart, ‘Who shall bring me down to the ground?’

Obadiah 1:4: “Though you rise high as the eagle, and though you set your nest among the stars, from there I shall bring you down,” declares יהוה.

Obadiah 1:5: “If thieves came to you, if robbers by night, how ruined you would have been! Would they not steal till they had enough? If grape-gatherers had come to you, would they not leave gleanings?

Obadiah 1:6: “How Ěsaw shall be searched out! His hidden treasures shall be sought out!

Obadiah 1:7: “All your allies shall send you forth to the border, your friends shall deceive you and overpower you. They make your bread a snare under you, without you discerning it!

Obadiah 1:8: “In that day,” declares יהוה, “I shall destroy the wise men from Eḏom, and discernment from the mountains of Ěsaw!

Obadiah 1:9: “And your mighty men shall be discouraged, O Tĕman, so that everyone from the mountains of Ěsaw is cut off by slaughter.

Obadiah 1:10: “Because of your violence against your brother Yah‛qoḇ, let shame cover you. And you shall be cut off forever.

Obadiah 1:11: In the day that you stood on the other side, in the day that strangers took captive his wealth, when foreigners entered his gates and cast lots for Yerushalayim, you also were like one of them!

Obadiah 1:12: “And you should not have looked on your brother’s day in the day of his estrangement, nor rejoiced over the children of Yahuḏah in the day of their destruction, nor made your mouth great in the day of distress,

Esau talks a lot of smack.

Obadiah 1:13: nor have entered the gate of My people in the day of their calamity, nor looked down on their evil in the day of their calamity, nor have seized their wealth in the day of their calamity,

Obadiah 1:14: nor have stood at the parting of the way to cut off his fugitives, nor handed over his survivors in the day of distress.

This happened physically and spiritually.

These are the characteristics.

Liar, Pretender, Deceiver, and Hater of his brother and the servants of Yah.

The Yisrayl’ites in our midst:

Same ruach as Esau.

Coming in our midst pretending to be Servants of Yah

We are paying with our blood(sacrificing by leaving family members, and friends to help them as spiritual family.)

They are acting like they want to learn, but they do not and left and found another Moreh (teacher) and a doctrine.

Ex. They left to learn Hebrew to understand the scriptures, when Yahoshua opened their minds to understanding.

Obadiah 1:15: “For the day of יהוה is near upon all the gentiles. As you have done, it shall be done to you, your reward shall come back on your own head.

Obadiah 1:16: “For as you have drunk on my set-apart mountain, so do all the gentiles drink continually. And they shall drink and shall swallow, and they shall be as though they had never been.

Obadiah 1:17: “But on Mount Tsiyon there shall be an escape, and they shall be set-apart. And the house of Ya‛aqoḇ shall possess their possessions.

Obadiah 1:18: “And the house of Yah‛qoḇ shall be a fire, and the house of Yosĕph a flame, but the house of Ěsaw for stubble. And they shall burn among them and they shall consume them, so that no survivor is left of the house of Ěsaw.” For יהוה has spoken.

It is not over.

Obadiah 1:19: And they shall possess the South with the mountains of Ěsaw, and low country with the Philistines. And they shall possess the fields of Ephrayim and the fields of Shomeron, and Binyamin with Gil‛aḏ,

Shomeron=Sumeria.

Obadiah 1:20: and the exiles of this host of the children of Yisra’yl possess that of the Kena‛anites as far as Tsarephath, and the exiles of Yahrushalayim who are in Sepharaḏ possess the cities of the South.

Obadiah 1:21: And saviours shall come to Mount Tsiyon to judge the mountains of Ěsaw. And the reign shall belong to יהוה.

The Ruach of Edom=Destroying Spirit.

Doctrine: Esau is the so called “White” Man.

Truth: The “White” Man isn’t even the so called: “White” Man. :D
