Since the founding of KETTLE & OAK in November 2016, we have had a joyride. We founded K&O to offer unparalleled, premium property management services to a roster of discerning clients. From deploying a tenant-centric happiness approach to creating a pleasant experience for the tenants — to carving a business model and philosophy that helps owners like you (and our esteemed clients) maximize their return on investment — the quest to create the ying and yang is always on.
