Drunk guy passes out in middle of street, gets run over, killed a few second later
The man was reportedly only 20 years old and had been out at a bar drinking with friends
An extremely disturbing video showing the worst case scenario for a night out on the town has been making the rounds on the Chinese internet.
In the video, an obviously intoxicated man slowly stumbles onto a road in the Guangdong city of Foshan late on Friday night.
After one car passes, the man’s knees give way and he ends up sprawled out on the middle of the street. Only four seconds later, he is run over by a white SUV. The impact ends his life.
According to local news reports, the man was only 20 years old and had come to Guangdong province to find work. He was out at a bar drinking with friends before the incident happened. It’s not clear how he came to be out on the road by himself in such a condition.

The disturbing video has raised debate on Weibo about who is at fault and how much China’s infamous drinking culture is to blame for the tragedy. Back in February, a 17-year-old guy was found frozen to death on a sidewalk in Harbin after a night spent drinking.
