Drunk guy viciously slaps, bites bus driver for asking him to swipe his card

Talk about a rough day on the job

Being a public bus driver in China can often be a rough and thankless job, particularly when your passengers have had a few too many to drink.

On Wednesday afternooon, one bus driver surnamed Zhang in the city of Xi’an reminded a group of drunken passengers to swipe their transportation cards as they entered the bus. Apparently, one of the men didn’t take too kindly to Zhang’s suggestion.

Surveillance footage shows the obviously intoxicated man viciously slapping Zhang in the face three times before going in for a bite.

During this assault, Zhang shows impressive restraint, not even raising his arms in defense. Eventually, the attacker was picked up by the police, while Zhang was taken to the hospital, according to a report from The Paper.
