LOOK: The magical Ice and Snow Festival is now officially open in Harbin

In China’s coolest annual tradition, Harbin has been transformed yet again, for the 34th time, into a magical winter wonderland for the world-famous International Ice and Snow Festival.

This time around, more than 10,000 workers labored for months to create the icy tourist attraction which spreads out over an area of 800,000 square meters. The festival officially kicked off on Friday and is scheduled to last for one month, however, some exhibits opened earlier and others will stay open later, weather permitting.
