A perverted food delivery guy was caught on surveillance camera on Tuesday afternoon exposing himself to an 8-year-old girl inside the elevator of a Shanghai residential building.
In the footage, the guy is seen taking out his penis and showing it to the little girl. Each time that she tries to look away, the creep repositions himself in front of her eyes.
The following day, the building’s manager put up announcement, calling for the tenant who had food delivered to their apartment between 3:50 and 4:00 pm on Tuesday to come forward, hoping that they will be able to help track down this pervert.
Additionally, the manager told Btime.com that the surveillance footage had been shown to the police and that they had launched an investigation into the incident.
Elevators are quickly becoming more dangerous to children than escalators.
Last month, inside of a residential elevator in Shanxi province, a man was caught on surveillance tape molesting and kissing a pair of young girls while blocking them from leaving the lift and escaping his clutches. This nightmare went on for more than a minute-and-a-half.
