Perverted tutor grabs middle school girls’ chests while handing out flyers

The creeps are certainly out in full force this week.
On Monday, a video hit the Chinese internet showing a man appearing to hand out flyers at the entrance of a middle school in Shanghai’s Minhang district. However, it quickly becomes clear that he also has other, less innocent intentions as well.
As he extends the leaflets to female students walking by him, he takes the opportunity to quickly grab their chests.
The video raised a ruckus online and police arrested the man overnight.
Troublingly, the 61-year-old man works out of his apartment as a tutor for schoolchildren. When he was caught on tape squeezing students’ chests, he was in the process of passing out ads for his tutoring business.
Also, he wears a toupee.
