Poor kid gets his EYELID caught in jacket zipper, firefighters to the rescue
Fortunately, firefighters were able to free the eyelid with only minor injury
On Monday, an unfortunate boy in Suzhou, Jiangsu province got his jacket zipper stuck in perhaps the second-worst body part imaginable.
As he tried to take off his jacket without unzipping it first, the zipper’s metallic teeth somehow got caught in the poor kid’s eyelid. As you might expect, this was quite painful and he was quickly rushed to hospital.
However, doctors there decided that this delicate matter would be better dealt with by firefighters — who have a wealth of experience in these kinds of things.
Upon arrival, the firefighters began cutting through the kid’s jacket before using a pair of pliers to pull apart the zipper.
After a few minutes, the boy’s eyelid was free from the zipper’s clutches, suffering only minor injuries in the process.
