My Aching Heart

Photo by Krzysztof Niewolny on Unsplash

The blossom of lilies that soothe my aching heart,
but I need more and wonder what I shall become.

I only want an answer from the one
who created morning glory
and the constant pondering of my heart.

I am tired of wanting so much more.

When does the aching of my heart stop?

We love poetry and fiction.
