The Last Cry

Poetry of love and loss

This is the last cry,
I shall not start again.

Over your
disappearance,
One cruel
untimely end.

This is the last word,
On all we could
stand for.

I hoped you would
come around,
but you were just
two minutes
at the door.

Where you
became a fire,
That destroyed
everything
I loved.

So on this night
I close the blind.

Tomorrow
my heart moves on.
