In a lengthy Linkedin Post, Nicolas Chaillan railed against the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) for its self-inflicted dysfunction.
These bad decisions range from appointing ill-trained personnel to leadership positions purely for their military rank, to hypocritically preaching the need for a stronger network architecture while denying the IT and cybersecurity programs the required funding to accomplish that goal.
