Creativity Isn’t Just About Throwing Paint on a Canvas
Share Your Creativity April 2024 - Monthly Wrap-up
I will start out by apologizing for not writing in the publication for the month of April. I didn’t really mean to take the whole month off of writing, but I will admit that it felt good. To update you on my creative life, I have decided to combine the monthly wrap-up with a bit of an update about some of my creative projects over the past month. But make sure to read to the bottom to see all of the lovely contributions from Share Your Creativity’s talented artists and writers which I will list at the end.
My partner and I are currently working on a 2500-acre farm and as of today, we officially finished almost 8 weeks of calving! There were 119 calves born, and 80% of them were finished about 4 weeks ago. The last one had been in the calving pen for over a week while we waited patiently for her to push out her baby.
So my free time has been limited for the past while, and I have been spending much of my idle time doing physical artwork. Mostly, I’ve been doing a lot of experimenting — which has also felt good — but it has left little time to write about it.
