Dear ShareRing community. As we move closer to our main sale (only 1 week to go!), we feel that it’s important to ensure that our contributors are confident that the the funds we receive are going to be safe.
To that end, we have opened up our Github repository so that you can review our smart contract code. You can find the details here:
There are 2 smart contracts in this repository. The first contract covers the actual ShareToken (SHR). This is a simple contract that controls how the token behaves and any rules around it.
The 2nd contract is for the token sale. The token is more advanced, as it requires us to load the whitelist, allocate the pre-sale tokens, check the external data source for the ETH/USD rate once a day, and also automatically issue the tokens to you when you send the Ethereum through.
We have also had our contract thoroughly (and successfully) audited by an external provider.
