Hello foodies!

I hope everyone is enjoying the seasonal transitions that many of us are experiencing these days. Here in Canada, the spring rains are keeping our growing garden watered, for which we are extremely grateful. Soon we will be enjoying more than just fresh asparagus, parsnips, spinach, lettuce and onions from the ground — and I can’t wait to eat it all!
