This is something I have heard many times while growing up. This is something that I keep hearing. Breakfast has often been described as the most important meal of the day. There are many who keep reminding me that breakfast is one meal that I should try not to skip.

While health experts advise, lobbyists promote, and others oppose this theory, I do my own thing. Breakfast is definitely on the agenda for the weekends. In fact, it manifests itself into a brunch at midday. However, on weekdays, I tend to alternate. On the days when I am intermittently fasting, it is breakfast that gets conveniently sacrificed.

When I go through hotel reviews, I make it a point to read about the breakfast-related experiences of fellow travelers.

Having said that, there are times in a given year when breakfast is my most cherished meal. It is my first source of fuel, boosts my energy levels, and prepares me for the adventures that lie ahead. It goes without saying that for anyone who travels frequently, skipping breakfast is akin to committing to planning harakiri.
