Hello Foodies!

Another month has gone by and with it, I have enjoyed more of your food stories. My co-editor, Elvie Lins, and I appreciate your submissions and always look forward to learning more about different foods from around the world.

I want to give a special shout-out to Dim Nikov who has truly kept the pub afloat this month by submitting SIX food stories. His photographs and descriptions of food are always captivating. Thanks Dim!

This month we have experienced food stories from Cyprus, Spain, France, Singapore, Laos, China, Lebanon, and Greece! Let’s dive in, shall we!?

Olive Wilson took us to Cyprus and introduced us to some of their traditional food during a meal to remember.

Tracey enjoys some delicious-looking dal from her back deck in Australia. I learned just now that you can also spell it dhal or daal depending on where you find yourself in the world.
