Hello Foodies!

It’s hard to believe that the end of November has come and gone already. Hopefully, life has been good for all of you this past month. As for your editors here at Sharing Food, we have had a bit of a shake-up lately. For one, you may have noticed that Dim Nikov has not been around much this month. That is because he is the proud father of a new baby boy that was born in mid-November. Congratulations, Dim!

Unforunately, Mark Laflamme also hasn’t been around much. He has been a bit sick for the past couple weeks, but we hope that he is back on track soon and gracing us with his delicious food writing. Get well soon, Mark!

For most of the month, I have been holding down the fort while traveling in France, Italy and Albania. My partner and I are having a great time and have seen many sights and eaten lots of good food. Although it is winter in Europe, most of the time it doesn’t feel like winter to us. At least not the -40C that we experienced in Canada last year!

Tomorrow we are headed up to North Madedonia and we are excited to explore a new country and visit a place that we have heard many…
