Hello Foodies!

I hope that everyone is enjoying this new seasonal transition that we are experiencing. For me, I have just flown from Canada to Europe where fall is kicking in in full force. While the days in Europe are certainly more gray than in Canada, I’m still happy to be ‘across the pond’ and look forward to a winter of traveling around this continent and visiting many of our traveler friends along the way.

Already, I have been trying some amazing food and know that my winter will be spent not only eating more, but writing about it and sharing it with you all. As usual, I am always inspired by the stories of food that YOU encounter from around the world. It amazes me how diverse food can be and how many ways that ingredients can be combined to create unique and interesting meals.

It’s been a quiet month

September has been a quiet month in the publication. It’s hard to say why, other than it is a month of adjustment for many as kids return to school and new schedules and routines are formed for the winter.
