We could chose to get to know each other through a series of structured interviews, asking all the standard questions — tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in five years, tell me about your biggest challenge and how you solved it, what is your greatest weakness — or I could write a short book about who I am and how I became me.

My greatness weakness is my fondness for telling stories, my penchant for wandering about with a cup of coffee and talking to people, all the while looking like I am goofing off on the clock but getting lots done.

My greatest strength is my fondness for telling stories, my penchant for wandering about with a cup of coffee and talking to people, all the while looking like I am goofing off on the clock but getting lots done.

Two sides of the same coin.

I also mix metaphors.

This is me.
