I recommend this edition of NPR’core Hidden Brain, about:

The subtle biases that make very smart and very skilled people to become their own worst enemies. And how innovators have found a way to help pilots, doctors — frankly any of us — perform at our best. It’s a story of an ancient insight applied to modern life.

Considerations

Great pacing, writing, and delivery.

Some questions to consider:

Is it a surprise that *storytelling* was part of the military’s solution to train new pilots and glean buy-in from veterans? Can stories actually save lives?

Does the first half of the broadcast/podcast need more voices than the interview with Smithsonian curator Roger Connor?
