Breakout Season
Sharone Wright Jr. took the state of South Carolina by storm during the 2015–16 prep basketball season. The 6-foot-5 point burst onto the scene by nearly doubling his production in every statistical category from his freshman season.
His high basketball IQ along with his athleticism quickly gained the attention of HM D-1 college coaches across the country. By the end of the prep regular season, he had become a hot commodity on the recruiting trail.
Continuing His Dominance
Wright Jr. continued his coming out party during the early sessions of the 2016 AAU Showcase Circuit season. He has poured in a couple of 40 point performances and helped lead his team to the Big Shots S.C. Tournament championship. He also impressed at the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions and was named to the 2016 all-tournament team.

Camp Summary: On the offensive side, Wright Jr. showed his complete arsenal during scrimmages. He wowed spectators with his high flying dunks, consistent mid-range jump shot & great vision. Additionally, he turned the heat up on the defensive end as games began to get competitive.
