Meeting details

Meetings of the Council are held on the first Wednesday in the month and are currently being held remotely via Zoom.

Between April and July 2020, meetings were held ad hoc via Zoom and commenced at 7.30 pm.

The normal schedule of meetings is to be re-commenced on 2 September 2020.

Committee meetings will be held as and when required.

The agendas for Council and Committee meetings will be published on the website three days prior to the meeting.

Members of the public are able to observe by clicking the link on the agenda.

Public Question Time

At Council meetings, questions submitted by members of the public will be considered during the Public Question Time slot, but in view of the method of meeting, residents are asked to submit their questions by 5.00 pm the day before the meeting.

The question will be read out at the meeting either by the Clerk or Chairman and a response given; however, if it is not possible to provide an immediate response, a written response can be provided after the meeting.

• 28 October — Finance Committee Meeting. This is to consider the first draft of the budget for 2021–2022.
• 4 November
• 2 December — The Parish Council will consider the Finance Committee’s recommendations on the draft budget for 2021–2022.
• 6 January 2021 — The Parish Council will finalise its budget for 2021–2022.
• 3 February
• 3 March
• 7 April
• 5 May — This is the date of both the Annual Parish Meeting and the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council.
