Community Event: Painting the Village Hall railings

In preparation for the WWI Centenary Weekend in November, the Parish Council, along with members of the community, will be painting the Village Hall railings.

In preparation for the WWI Centenary weekend in November 2018, Shavington-cum-Gresty Parish Council are seeking volunteers to help them re-vamp the railings around Shavington-cum-Gresty Village Hall.

On Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th September members of the Parish Council, together with volunteers, will be painting the Village Hall railings to improve their appearance.

It will be a full weekend event, 10am — 6pm on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th September. Volunteers are very welcome to come and go as they please and every hour helps. Tools are provided, although you may want to bring gloves :)
