With Christmas just around the corner, the Shavington Online team and Shavington-cum-Gresty Parish Council have put together an exciting competition that everyone can take part in.

You can get involved by:

• Decorating your house
• Judging the decorated houses to pick a winner
• Or both!

Register your house as part of the competition

Whether you like twinkly lights or blow-up reindeer, you’ll need to register your house to be in with a chance of winning. You can do that here.

Registering is essential so that we can include all of the registered houses on a map for people to find. The deadline to register is 14 December 2019.

I don’t want my house to be part of the competition, but I’d like to be a judge

Anyone can be a judge (just as long as you live within the Parish boundary!). Once the registration period has closed a map will be created with all of the entries so that people like you can go and judge which is the best! Judging forms will be available from around the 21 December outside the entrance to Shavington-cum-Gresty Village Hall and here online — look out for them!
