It’s kind of weird how my Instagram photos relate and symbolizes something to me It just symbolizes life at Shaw and how everyone gets along on a daily basis and what people do in their everyday college lifestyle. So people would say it’s the college life and it’s a great experience however, others would say that it’s just high school all over again. Each and every student here has potential here at Shaw University obviously if there here at a four year university. I find it rather interesting how students can go around a take pictures just as good as a photographer.

The photos all together will have effect on people in the long run future students will see these pictures and get to see what Shaw is like or even what type of environment it’s in. Most of the pictures students post have potential to make the school year book. When high school sees this on social media I think it’s going to make them actually want to attend to college.

The assignment itself was a great idea in my opinion because maybe ten years from now the university will not look like this. Hopefully if the university is still open students will have another assignment similar to this one. Most pictures students posted was during the fall so it kind of made the photos look more of a attention grabbing far as colorful leaves on the ground foggy sky’s and students with winter wear on.

However I think Shaw will benefit from them Instagram photos somehow. It will change people’s mind when they go on Instagram and hashtag Shawu or Shaw150 they are going to look at it as Shaw looks nice its right in the middle of a city and the students look nice. Some pictures were just snapped and not thought about and have no relations to the school what so ever.

When you compare Shaw to other universities it’s not the best but we have a certain bond that others do not have just because we have a small campus and everyone knows one another and people are willing to help you. People complain about it being small but its kind of a good thing. People can encounter and interact better that way versus a huge college where you see a new person every day.

Me personally I think smaller school is better because it could prevent lots of things but Shaw itself has its flaws at times but overall is a great school great environment where a successful human being can be birthed.
