The Idea

What if outside of every classroom, breakout room and meeting room in the Rowe was a small display, say 10 inches wide. The content would be simple, just a scrolling calendar, a clock and a short blurb. The calendar could be managed through a Google Calendar, or Microsoft Calendar (Dalhousie is a Microsoft school so I think that would be preferred).

Classrooms

For the classrooms the calendar would show you when the current class is ending and the next class is starting. Once all the class times are finalized the calendar would take a couple hours to set up. And the best part is once it is set up it would require very little maintenance.

Breakout and Meeting Rooms

Outside the breakout and meeting rooms the display would show when the current group is done and the next group arrives. And the short blurb would let you know how to book a room.
