South Yorkshire based solicitors Wosskow Brown has raised £2,240 for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice

Wosskow Brown raised the money through many different ways; including: a firework display at Wentworth Woodhouse, a Charity Sports Quiz Night at Genting Casino and even two ‘Free Will Months’, in which Wosskow Brown provided a basic Will at a donation price where all proceeds went towards the charity.

Marketing Executive for Wosskow Brown Michael Tuck said: “To be able to help a charity such as Bluebell Wood is a great feeling.

“The work they do with young people is recognised nationally, and with our contribution, we hope to help them provide the great service they do to even more young people who need it.”

Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice cares for children and young adults with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions. They currently support around 250 families, both in their own homes and at their hospice in North Anston, Sheffield.

David Hall, corporate fundraiser from Bluebell Wood, said, “Wosskow Brown have been incredibly generous with the amount they’ve given to us.

“This money can go towards creating special memories for families & children that they can treasure forever, whether they have years, months or weeks.”

Wosskow Brown’s new chosen charity is Support Dogs, a national charity dedicated to increasing independence and quality of life for people with various medical conditions through the training and support of specialist assistance dogs.
