Rockstar new hires, community talks, and more rides than ever. Yea, you could say we’re on a roll.
The growing Sheprd team has been able to further optimize routes, schedule an increasing number of non-peak rides, and improve the driver onboarding process. Our growing tech team is continually improving and adding new tech features that help the rest of the team become even more efficient.
Our fearless leader and CEO, Nick Jasset, was recently featured in the Boston Voyager. Nick discusses inspirationfor starting Sheprd, some of the challengesthat Sheprd currently faces, and what he is most proud of to date.

Our Rockstar Team Continues to Grow
We’re also happy to have brought on two fantastic new drivers. Josh Fonfield was born in Boston Massachusetts and worked for the Boston Public Schools Transportation Department for 6 years. Anthony Culbreath has lived in Boston for 35 years, has four kids, and is a professional sous chef when he’s not driving for Sheprd.
