Three awards for Arçelik and SHERPA at the 2018 Red Dot Design Awards!

At the Red Dot Design Awards, known as the Oscars of the design world, we won in three categories with our Grundig and Beko projects. Thus, we became the first Red Dot award-winning Turkish user experience (UX) design studio. This is an incredible honor for us.

We believe that working and achieving together is more valuable than anything else. Innovative experiences that have emerged as a result of our design collaboration with Arçelik for many years continue to earn success globally. This is a great honor and the most important motivation for us to create better designs.

At the most prestigious design awards ceremony of the world 2018 Red Dot Design Awards, held in Essen, Germany on July 9; Grundig Inova Refrigerator, Grundig Induction Cooker and BEKO TFT Screen Oven products, which we have implemented in the interface design, were awarded with three prizes in the field of High-Quality Design. Thus, we had the honor to become the Turkey’s first Red Dot award-winning user experience (UX) design studio.

The jury’s statements, on Grundig Inova: “This refrigerator is characterised by high variability in the interior and a restrained, timeless-classical design, so that it matches the user’s lifestyle.”, on Grundig Induction Cooker: “With their well-considered operating panels and sophisticated functions, these induction hobs make everyday cooking easy.”, and on BEKO TFT Screen Oven: “This combination steam oven gains merit with its elegant frontal design and the user-friendly combination of analogue and digital function control elements.” once again made us appreciate the value of the work we’ve accomplished with great care in an intensive work process.
