Keto Diet | Day 10 | I said no to Kibba Niya :|

I have a confession. I am abusing cheese AND cream, and I am not sure this is good from a health perspective or a calorie perspective. I am starting to doubt I am going to lose weight from how much I am enjoying the food. I mean eating the food. According to the Internet, I also have to watch my calories in this diet. So, far I am not doing a good job in that.

Because. Guess what? I baked another cheesecake today. I still didn’t get those vanilla beans just yet.

AND also, I had a very good amount of thick cream with blueberries as “dessert” after lunch.

But, in my defense.

Today, I exercised, and I still feel a bit drained, but not drained enough to stop exercising altogether. I have to say from an energy perspective, grumpiness, and so, I am alright. It’s just that when I exercise I feel weak.

I also said no to one of my all-time favorite Lebanese dishes, Kibba Niya. If you know me, then you will know how much I love it. People order it as an appetizer. I have it as a main dish. The one and only dish, and I said no. So, I think I am strong from THAT perspective. I am not too bad. I think.

As always, here is my menu for the day.

Breakfast:

  • Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese.
  • Coffee with cream.

Snacks:

  • Cheddar cheese
  • Pistachios

Lunch:

  • Lamb
  • Stir-fried broccoli

Dessert:

  • Thick cream with blueberries
  • Some of the cheesecake I just baked. I am telling you, I might even get fat.

Dinner:

  • Sojuk for dinner.

And there is always that random spoon of my newly baked cheesecake every once in a while.
