Nothing much really. Still not losing weight. The keto strips test says I am in ketosis. It’s getting darker than yesterday. Now it’s medium. It doesn’t mean anything to me. Looking forward to eating fruit soon.

Breakfast:

  • Strawberry smoothie with Almond milk and cream

Snacks:

  • Salted peanuts

Lunch:

  • Smoked salmon salad with mozzarella cheese.

Dinner:

  • Stir-fried eggplant with shrimps and cheddar cheese.
