Interview: Julie Trell

This interview is a supporting my book ‘She’s Building a Robot’.

Wonderful to hear the story of the wonderful Julie Trell.

There was a slight blip in the middle when the lovely Sydney weather got too good for Julie’s laptop… but it’s still a great story.

Highlights from me:

1. There is no ‘normal’ journey. Julie came via multiple cities, waitressing, teaching, travelling, Salesforce and now Sydney Australia with muru-D.
2. Not all tech work is coding and hardware.
3. Be bold and get out of your comfort zone. Accept challenges which are bigger than your current capabilities and you’ll acquire the skills along the way.
