The SHIFT.cash platform is an international blockchain project dealing with loans secured by car titles. This means that the borrower and the investor can be located in different parts of the world and not worry about the reliability of transactions. The volume of issued loans will help SHIFT.cash become a global financial network. As a result, the platform will become a highly profitable tool for investors with low risks. For borrowers-a place where you can get a loan with a decent rate.

In other words, by bringing together investors and borrowers from all over the world, we make our platform more effective for everyone. We decided to find out how representatives of different countries come together to blockchain projects have brought more benefit.

Unlike cryptocurrencies in general, the majority of countries are extremely loyal to blockchain and, moreover, they see the future behind this technology. Of course, some countries stand out at their own pace. For example, several projects in the military sphere, in the field of medicine and other areas launched by the United States. In several countries, including Georgia, Ghana, Nigeria, the technology is being tested in the field of real estate registries. Estonia is going to create an “electronic government” based on blockchain, etc.

The work is carried out not only within States. Different countries are joining forces to make the effect of this breakthrough technology more significant.

In particular, in 2016, based on the international organization for standardization (ISO), an ad hoc committee was established to develop a standard for blockchain technology. It should facilitate interoperability and compatibility among existing systems, as well as the widespread dissemination of technology among ordinary people. In addition, the committee is called upon to address the issues of data sovereignty and privacy, which are often raised in the discussion of the widespread introduction of blockchain.

Work in this direction is being carried out within the framework of international organizations. Great interest in technology is expressed by the UN, seeing in it the solution of a number of global problems.

In particular, the blockchain can be used for charitable purposes. In 2017, Syrian refugees were assisted through the blockchain. Instead of the traditional format, financial support arrived in the form of electronic vouchers. In General, thanks to blockchain, the sphere of charity can become more reliable. Today, unfortunately, it often happens that transfers of large funds associated with fraud.

Another major problem is the identification of the individual. Currently, more than 1 billion people are not officially recognized by governments, that is, they cannot enjoy the protection and services provided to citizens of the state. For example, access to education, health, vote, opening Bank accounts, etc., the UN considers this to be one of the main problems facing the world today. The UN sees a solution to the problem of creating a global digital identification network based on blockchain.

Businesses of different countries unite their efforts in order to increase the effect of the introduction of the blockchain in a particular industry. Companies conduct joint research, testing and development, formulate common rules of the game. For example, the largest consortium in the financial sector is R3CEV LLC. Another large consortium — Hyperledger, it includes about 200 companies. In health care, the largest Association is considered Hashed Health, as well as Hyperledger Healthcare Working Group, a specialized division of the aforementioned Hyperledger. And so on.
