TIS — Let’s get to know them better

TIS — Technological and Intelligent Systems is an R&D company based in Coimbra, dedicated to the development of technologically innovative solutions in areas such as aeronautics, information technology, industry or automotive. At TIS we started to develop equipment in the automotive area, giving birth to TurboClinic (initially a brand and nowadays a world leader), but considering the multidisciplinary nature of our young and dynamic team, we are currently capable of developing ideas, internal and external solutions and projects. We have the ability to develop software and firmware, design of printed circuits and metalworking production, which allows us to offer prototyping development and small series production services — providing those who come to us with innovative solutions and the materialization of their ideas.

All the ideas that gave rise to the other companies and brands of the group were originally from TIS.

We challenge you to bring our challenge to life. Combining our work with our social character, TIS proposes that you think about what made you program. In this way, our goal would be to create a game, a memory puzzle for association of hidden pairs, in which the goal will be a greater interaction with programming as a problem solver in the life of adults and even youngsters and children, thus allowing teaching the basics of programming and at the same time developing such fundamental skills as learning mathematics and reading / writing. These skills are deeply important in the perspective of a better understanding of the world we live in and a better interaction with it. Learning to program helps further stimulate logical thinking, thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Now you must be asking yourself what prize you can win. For you, we rent a race track (Braga or Estoril) and we take you to experience the adrenaline of running in a true race car. You will also have the opportunity to receive training from someone with experience in driving it so that when it is your turn, you might feel more comfortable and safe.
