Photo by Greg Rakozy on Unsplash

When my start meditation time, I require the place has blue and green

I take my breath then, I try to connect to the earth and the universe

I image the place that I can relief

The imagination always lead me to the same scene

The sky is blue with a little cloud floating, and clear blue of sea, and the prairie is in the front of the sea
