Today is the International Women’s Day, but we don’t wish you get flowers.

The Women’s day was created in the XX century to represent their social fights reclaiming for better life and work conditions.

Therefore, we wish more fights with a lot of wins e rights for each of you. No flowers or sweet messages.

We wish that we conquer together 365 days of Women. A day when you can walk on the streets without fear, when you can wear the clothes you like, when you won’t be afraid of speak up, a day you can simply be you. Be what you wish, without fear, without prejudgement.

Woman doesn’t have to be a mother. Doesn’t have to be girlish. Doesn’t have to be skinny. Woman must be. Be whatever she wants to.

There is no reason to congratulate someone for being a woman. You don’t chose to be a woman. Sometimes you weren’t even born as a woman.

Instead of this, congratulations for being you. Congratulations for those who fought and allowed us to vote, to have better jobs, those who gave us courage and voice. Congratulations to you who challenge the preconception daily. To you who survived, fought and didn’t shut up.

That in the future we become these women who will conquer many other victories that now seem to be so distant.

Today we hope we can see ourselves as equals. More capable of everything, less tied to fake standards. That we can see ourselves with more respect, more love and less bad criticism.
