Should have written this years ago, but now it is too late for me to remember details!

But I have a lovely friend named Silvia and she and both sides of her grandparents live in Galicia, the northern part of Spain. Here you see beautiful old architecture, visit the many churches that are part of pilgrimage, and see where the end of the world used to be for the Europeans.

I tried cow tongue and had amazing coffee flan made by Silvia’s grandmother that I will make for the rest of my life as a pick me up.
