Senior Product Designers/Design Intern

Senior Product Designer
Location: Singapore/Shenzhen China

Responsibilities
Lead the process of the design process for our e-Commerce products (mobile en and web) to serve local market audience from South East Asia and Taiwan.
Define the design guideline to cultivate consistency in the e-Commerce products and related services
Define the visual and interaction methods for the e-Commerce product to cultivate better experience for the e-Commerce products and related services
Lead / participate in user and market research to produce product analysis and constructive improvement practices

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor degree or outstanding design skills
6 years experience in designing web / mobile products
Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related fields
Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills
Passionate and detail-oriented
Good command in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing for e-Commerce products (both buyer and seller perspectives)
Experience in designing for global / regional / local markets
Experience in management
Experience in photography / graphic design / motion design

Product Design Intern
Location: Singapore

Responsibilities
Work with designers, product managers and developers to conceptualize and prototype UI/UX solutions of web platform from user’s perspective.
Understand platform design guidelines and generate professional digital output that is usable, compliant, facilitating the development.
Craft design solutions with functional, logical and interactive insights.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Currently studying / graduated from design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, IS, CS, or related Diploma / Degree
Good understanding of e-Commerce and business design.
Proficient in at lease two mainstream design and collaboration tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Experience Design, Adobe Photoshop, inVisionApp, Flinto, etc).
Swift in picking up new concept and skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Confident, clean and detail-oriented visual design; usable interaction design.
Experience in designing e-Commerce products.
Experience in designing business-oriented / productivity web pages or apps.
Experience with HTML and CSS.
Good command of English and or Mandarin
