Using Merchant
Your Tool for Trade Shows

As a manufacturer in the show, you have gained access to Merchant, the laptop and tablet tool that is the next step forward in trade show ordering. Merchant allows you to take orders quickly, accurately, and securely. By using Merchant you will also be provided with valuable information after the show, such as which product categories were popular and where retailers originated from, by Pet Connections Expo. Powerful information you need to grow your business.
Merchant takes the place of paper order forms at trade shows. Rather than being handed a paper order sheet, retailers can build a cart with you on the spot, just like online shopping. Unlike online shopping Merchant works both on and offline, so you have no need to worry about having a stable internet connection.
The setup is simple and free, and the tool is even easier to use.
Before The Show: Uploading Your Products
We’re more than happy to upload all your products for you, just email us your line-sheets. In the event you’d like to do it yourself, just follow these super easy steps!
- Create an account here.
- Go to Products
- Add your product’s image, info, variations (if any) and the wholesale price.
- Click “I’m Done”. You’ve just added your product!
To use the tool at the show, simply go to https://merchant.shopketti.com/ on your laptop or tablet and log in with your ShopKetti account.
Anything you upload will be available on Merchant (the payment tool) at the show. You can view a look at the tool in action in the video below.
