- Shop as you normally would on that website
- Track your earnings through your Rewards tab on Moso
- If rewards are displaying incorrectly, open a ticket in Discord
Important Details
- Reward pools are available on a first-come, first-serve basis
- Any purchases that do not track until after the pool is depleted WILL NOT be eligible for 25/50% back
- It’s crucial to open a ticket if your purchase has not tracked after 24 hours
- Our team will be there to instruct you on the next steps
- Please be mindful of making large purchases as the reward pool depletes. This could lead to your crypto back not being awarded or only receiving partial rewards
- Once a project’s allocation is depleted, rates will return to standard percentages back

Some purchases can take up to 2–7 days to appear in your dashboard

- Shopee purchases may take up to a week to show so it is vital to make sure our team is aware you have made this transaction
- We’ll apply any boost to your purchase if it tracks late as long as you let our team know
Reward Distribution Timeline
Rewards may take time to be distributed. The merchant must first confirm and deliver the base rate offer to us. Once received, we will send you the full reward amount. This process can take up to 30 to 90 days after your return period is over, depending on the merchant.
