Are you interested in being part of the Shopper Experience Council?
Instacart understands that to be successful, it must be a platform that provides a seamless experience for both customers and shoppers.
For this reason, we are excited to announce the creation of the Shopper Experience Council (SEC).
The SEC will function as a focus group, providing insight into the Shopper experience from varying perspectives. This valuable feedback will help guide the strategic direction of our Product and Operations teams to ensure we continue to build and provide a better experience for you.
We are looking for 10 Shoppers, including Full-Service and In-Store Shoppers from across the US and Canada, to become participants in the inaugural SEC. You will be paid for your participation. Please note that Full-Service Shoppers who express interest and are selected will need to sign an engagement letter that details the terms of the services you will provide as part of this project.
Members of the SEC will meet periodically, both in-person at Instacart’s HQ as well as remote dial-in discussions on scheduled dates, with a kickoff event scheduled for Thursday, June 7 — Friday, June 8 in San Francisco.
The kickoff will include fun ice breaker activities to introduce the group members as well as meetings with various corporate teams. You’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on products and features in development. We’ll also ask you to share your ideas and experiences to help us understand what we’re doing well and what we can be doing better.
If you are interested in being part of the Shopper Experience Council and believe that your experience, perspectives, and insights can help improve the Shopper experience, please fill out this questionnaire.
Submissions will be accepted until midnight (PDT) on Sunday, May 6. Shoppers chosen for the next stage of the selection process will be notified by email on Wednesday, May 9.
