So what is Product Management

Product Management is all about working with balanced teams making sure that you’re building a building a product that is valuable feasible and usable.

So much so that you have disciplines that represent all of these. We want to make sure a useable, so we are going to lean on UX for that. We want to make sure the product is feasible and we will lean on Tech for that. and we are going to make sure that the product is valued not just for the business but for the customer.

And that’s where we come in, we help defend the customers and make sure their voice is heard. We are product spearheads, we are a mini CEO, you are the team leader. You help set the cadence, brainstorm effectively and manage the product operations day to day.
