Clean Power Plan deconstruction

This week begins deconstruction of Obama Administration climate policy. On Sunday night, EPA Administrator Pruitt announced that rollbacks wold begin on Tuesday.

UPDATE: Mr. Trump reportedly will sign Executive order Tuesday at 2p.
