The Evening Standard reports today that Transport for London will be running late-night tube services from 2015.

This offers great opportunities for the evening entertainment industry in London. We should carefully consider how it can be capitalised upon.

Derren Brown, a known advocate for 8pm shows, yesterday announced his new show Infamous, without advertising timings. Does this announcement open the gates for 8.30pm or even 9pm starts?

What about 4pm matinees, and then a show at 9pm? Would a 5.30pm start suit commuters, or young parents?
