Capsicum Masala Curry

Ingredients
1/2 kg Green Capsicum
50 gm Palli
1 tbs coriander seeds
1tbs Nuvvulu
1 tbs Gasgas
1/2 small dried coconut
2 cloves
1 small chakka mukka
1 Biryani Flower
1/2 Shah Jeera
2 Big Tomato
Ginger garlic paste — 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder — as per taste
Salt — as per taste
Chintapandu pulusu thaginantha — a small size of gooseberry
METHOD

Dry fry all palli separately, coriander seeds, nuvvulu, gasbag, dried coconut (add at the last minute or it doesn’t burn), cloves, small chakka mukka,
After cooling, blend everything with 2 big tomatos, chinthapandu juice
add water the amount necessary and blend it into a fine paste
Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric
add ginger garlic paste
Cooking
Heat oil, add small capsicums
after capsicums are cooked, add blend
let it cook for 15 mins
